Production & Regulatory Accountant Qualifications:
Self-directed nature with the ability to balance a workload that include multiple businesses each month
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Experience in Microsoft Excel
Ability to reconcile processed gas, gas imbalances, pipeline cash outs and NGLs
Understanding of proper revenue recording
Interpretation and understanding of lease agreements
Understanding of the full revenue stream versus cash accounting
Federal Production & Regulatory Accountant Responsibilities:
Receive and analyze monthly production data from clients
Prepare accurate monthly production allocations
Prepare and submit monthly OGORs
Prepare and submit monthly ONRR 2014s
Manage and complete audit requests from the ONRR
Stay up-to-date on changes in the ONRR regulations and reporting requirements
Louisiana Production & Regulatory Accountant Responsibilities:
Receive and analyze monthly production data from clients
Prepare accurate monthly production allocations
Submit monthly OGP and R5D reports
Work with clients to retrieve revenue data and reconcile for severance and royalty reporting purposes
Submit monthly SR-1, SR-2 and SR-5 reports
Submit monthly severance tax reports (O1-D, G1-D, O3, G3, O5, G5)
Provide assistance for special client projects
